Title: Hot Fudge Sauce #13

5tbButter, unsalted
1/4cCocoa, unsweetened
2ozChocolate, unsweetened,
  Chopped
3/4cSugar
2/3cMilk, evaporated
 pnSalt
1tsVanilla

1. In a small saucepan, melt the butter. Remove from the heat, add the cocoa, and whisk until smooth.

2. Stir in the chopped chocolate, sugar, and evaporated milk. Bring sauce to a boil over medium heat, stirring all the while. Remove from heat at once and stir in salt.
